It just means that she will be in charge and own the shrine once parents pass it on to her. I don't understand how that has to do with the fiance business but maybe it means that her parents will choose a man to help her make a good heir. Or maybe they want to arrange the marriage to ensure the shrine is in good hands, because when they marry I think the husband will kinda own the shrine too.
It's also possible that they want grandkids fast after passing on the shrine so they want to pick a husband for Hiro, so that she will marry before her parents pass on. Instead of getting married afterwards or having the risk that she'll be single forever and not make a heir for the shrine.
